How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS or Email containing your unique tracking ID.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) after order confirmation.

Note.

  • If we experience high order volume or encounter unforeseen courier issues, please allow for additional time in transit.
  • Should your order be significantly delayed, please contact us directly via email, WhatsApp, or phone and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Shipping (India)

We offer Standard Shipping across India. The estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Advance Payment

We take the shipping charge in advance for COD orders, and the product amount will be paid by you at the time of delivery. If a COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned to origin (RTO), the advance shipping charge will not be refunded, as it has already been used to cover courier and processing costs.

Delivery Delays or Cancellations

Your order delivery may be delayed or potentially cancelled in the following situations:

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • Shipping not being available for your specific pincode or area.
  • Courier partner unavailability in your region.
  • Severe weather conditions or major natural disruptions.
  • A product being temporarily out of stock.
  • Failure to confirm your order when we attempt to verify your details via call or WhatsApp.
  • During peak seasons and festivals, please anticipate additional processing and delivery time due to the high volume of orders.

We always try to verify your shipping details during order confirmation to ensure a successful delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
