We truly appreciate your purchase and hope you’re delighted with your new pair. However, if your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a size issue, we’re here to help with an exchange or replacement. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

Return Policy

Returns and refunds are not available. In case you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or face a size issue, we will gladly provide an exchange or replacement.

Exchange Or Replacement Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 3 days (including the delivery day) of receiving your parcel to request an exchange.
  • A parcel opening video is mandatory at the time of unboxing. Without this video, we will not be able to process any exchange or replacement request.
  • Damaged or wrong products: Exchanged free of charge, including shipping costs.
  • Size exchanges: If the wrong size was sent by our mistake, both way shipping is free. if the correct size was delivered but doesn’t fit you, you’ll be responsible for both-way shipping costs.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Note:

  • We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes. For non-serviceable pin codes, you’ll need to self-ship the product to us.
  • Once an item has been exchanged or replaced, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
  • If the received item is found to be used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer, no exchange or replacement will be processed, and the same product will be sent back to the customer.

Exchange Or Replacement Process

Upon receiving your exchange or replacement request, we will review all the details and, if everything is in order then we’ll arrange the pickup.

Please ensure the product is in its original box with all tags and accessories included.

You must share the following details with us to exchange or replace your order.

  • Registered mobile number on Aziri.in
  • Order ID
  • Parcel opening video
  • 4–5 clear product photos from different angles (the product must be fully visible)

Exchange Or Replace Dispatch

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your exchange.

please give us three (3) business days to dispatch your next product once we receive the product sent by you.

We will inform you via WhatsApp or call while dispatching your exchange order.
